He was very approachable and honest throughout the entire process, demonstrating how dedicated he was to providing me with the input necessary to make the right choice. He really took the time to relate to me as a person so that he could understand what the ideal home for me would look like, and both he and his mother were accommodating of my requests to tour properties. When I finally decided on a potential home he worked closely with myself and my lender to make sure I had a competitive offer, and at the end of the process I walked away with the keys to my new home at a lower price than the original asking price. I don't think this process could've gone any smoother and I owe that to Alex and his hard work, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to invest in real estate.

Alex was an absolute professional and it was a pleasure working with him throughout the whole process. Not only was he good at formulating an effective negotiation strategy, but he really listened to our needs and expectations, and applied them to the process to get us what we wanted. My girlfriend and I had a lot of differences that conflicted with each other, but Alex was a great mediator who knew how to respectfully provide his opinion with the intention of creating compromise. My boyfriend and I accidentally found the perfect house for us. We went to the open house on Sunday and offers were due the next day by 7pm. At that point we were still just browsing and didn't even have a lender. At 5pm on Sunday night we called Alex, our realtor, to let him know how disappointed we were to see this house slip through our fingers. He called us back about 40 minutes later and said "if you really want this house, we will get this house." Alex connected us with a trusted Lender and worked all night to gather the proper paperwork, guide us through creating a personal statement, and submitted the proper documentation on time. We ended up getting the house and we love it! Alex is the ABSOLUTE BEST. I knew I lucked out with him when he was able to help my boyfriend and I come to an agreement on the offer price.

We recently bought our fist home and we were very happy with Alex (and team) and all of his help! We took a lot longer than expected because of our busy schedules, travels, and other life events. Alex was patient and understanding with us and we never felt pressured or rushed. Once we were looking at homes more regularly he developed a good sense for our wants and needs and often made great suggestions and gave us guidance on certain issues/items we had limited knowledge about. After every home we saw had very good talks and we always felt like we had options and we trusted his input.
